Shipping Policy

Transport Arrangements
McLaren Machines can assist in arranging transport for a fee. However, McLaren Machines shall not be liable for any acts or omissions by third-party transport companies, and any such transport services are provided solely at the Customer’s risk.

Customer’s Responsibility for Unloading
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that appropriate unloading equipment, such as a forklift with a minimum capacity of 2,500 kg and forks of 6-8 feet in length, is available at the delivery site. A loading dock is recommended, where applicable. McLaren Machines shall not be liable for any delays, damages, or costs incurred due to the Customer’s failure to provide proper unloading equipment.

Delivery Timeframe
Delivery estimates for non-stock items ordered by the Customer range from 4 to 26 weeks, depending on product availability and order specifications. These delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to delays due to factors including, but not limited to, weather, supply chain disruptions, and production schedules.

Delivery Delays and Force Majeure
McLaren Machines shall not be liable for any delays or failure to perform arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or transportation disruptions.
