  • What type of warranty do you offer on your machines?
    We offer a one or two-year warranty covering parts and service, depending on the machine, effective from the date of purchase. Parts warranty is limited to the support provided by the original equipment manufacturers.
  • Who is responsible for transportation and delivery?
    Customers are responsible for the transportation costs and arrangements for shipping from the McLaren Machines warehouse, including for destinations in the US, Europe, and any other country outside of Canada. While customers are responsible for the transport logistics, McLaren Machines can assist with coordinating transportation. Please note that we are not liable for any third-party transport services.
  • How long does delivery take?
    We recommend purchasing products currently in stock. Once payment is received, equipment in stock is typically shipped from our warehouse within one week, subject to transport availability. For pre-ordered equipment, delivery times range from 4 to 26 weeks, depending on manufacturing and shipping conditions.
  • Do you offer installation services?
    Installation services are not included in the purchase price but can be arranged for an additional fee. We recommend having a qualified technician or electrician present for power installation.
  • Who is responsible for unloading and setup of the machine?
    The customer is responsible for providing the necessary equipment for unloading, such as a forklift with a 2,500 kg capacity and 6-8 foot forks. Rigging and setup are not included in the purchase price.
  • What are the payment terms?
    We require 100% prepayment prior to the equipment leaving our warehouse.
  • Do you offer financing options?
    We can connect customers with financing companies, but McLaren Machines bears no responsibility for the terms or services provided by these third parties.
  • Are there any certifications or safety considerations for the equipment?
    Yes, our machines are built with safety in mind and come with CSA/UL/ETL (please inquire for specific machines). Customers are responsible for ensuring safe operation, including having required certifications and installing necessary safety features such as barriers, mats, and emergency stops. McLaren Machines is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper use.
  • Do you manufacture the machines you sell?
    No, we do not manufacture the machines. Our products are manufactured in China. However, we stock, resell, and provide support for these machines directly from Montreal.
